Sheila McKinley, ASLA, AICP, CFM, LEED Green Associate

McKinley_01As CBBEL’s director of planning, Sheila manages each project with an integrated and holistic approach. Preserving our environment is imporant to her, as evidenced through her green infrastructure and best management practices expertise. In addition to her experience working in environmental planning and natural resource management, Sheila has extensive public education experience through outreach programs as well as public official training. She has authored and managed the development of watershed management plans, multi-hazard mitigation plans, stormwater management plans, stormwater master plans, green infrastructure plans, and bicycle and pedestrian master plans, as well as flood resilience plans and stormwater utilities. Sheila is also active in the community, most recently serving as a chair for the Upper White River Watershed Alliance’s technical committee.
