Jon Stolz, PE
Managing Vice President
Jon is CBBEL’s managing vice president responsible for the firm’s work throughout the state. As a registered professional engineer in Indiana and Illinois with nearly 30 years of experience, Jon has been involved with hundreds of drainage, flood control, wetland and municipal infrastructure projects.
Siavash Beik, PE, D.WRE, CFM
Siavash leads the CBBEL office efforts with regards to FEMA map revisions, dam safety, and levee safety and certification. He offers more than 35 years of professional experience in water resources planning and management, hydrology and hydraulics, and project management.
Jenny Leshney, PE
A former city engineer, Jenny leads CBBEL’s engineering department on civil- and water resources-based projects. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the engineering world on projects ranging from drainage and streetscape improvements, to pedestrian bridges and sewer tunnels.
David Eichelberger, PE
Director, Regulatory Services
Dave serves as CBBEL’s director of regulatory services. With 28 years of experience, he is responsible for the planning, management, design and review of civil engineering projects including dams and reservoirs, regulated drains, municipal reviews, and environmental mitigation projects, as well as federal, state and local permit acquisition.
Jeremy Morris, PE
Director, Construction Engineering
A graduate of Purdue University, Jeremy serves as the director of the construction engineering department. Jeremy’s department is responsible for construction resident engineering along with planning, analysis, constructability review and design of civil engineering projects.
Sheila McKinley, ASLA, AICP, CFM, LEED Green Associate
As CBBEL’s director of planning, Sheila manages each project with an integrated and holistic approach. Preserving our environment is important to her, as evidenced through her green infrastructure and best management practices expertise.
